If you’re anything like me, once the wheels start spinning, it’s hard to get them to stop. Clearing your mind can make it difficult to fall asleep, sometimes taking hours to finally doze off into dream land. Unfortunately, this lack of sleep can affect your entire day, making you grumpy, sluggish and unmotivated.
There are plenty of things you can do to make falling asleep a little easier (taking a bath, turning off the TV and other electronics at least one hour before bed, a soothing beverage, cooling your room, white noise, etc.), but there is one trick that you probably haven’t heard of, The 4-7-8 Trick.
